Minor general improvements / bug fixes in v7.23 relating to new workspaces, Pendo, password reset emails & Notes.

Notes

  1. Create Workspace New UI + Workflow- Updated the workflow when creating new workspaces to improve efficiency and security. Full guidance can be found here. 
    1. Two-stage workflow: 
      1. Create Master workspace - populating the three meta fields;
      2. Create Mirror workspaces in bulk - select the master from a picker window with search bar, Title and Case Code are automatically populated, then populate Party Name and add multiple workspaces simultaneously.
  2. Pendo on Login Page - Allows display of Pendo messages on the login screen, for example to warn users that they need to log in to the correct server.
  3. Password Reset Links Not Working if Accent in Name - Fixed an issue preventing emails being sent when a user has an accent character in their name.
  4. Filtering Notes Page on Doc Name or Doc Date Shows No Results - Fixed an issue with filtering on the Notes page where using Doc Name or Doc Date prevented notes from displaying
  5. Hearings Assist (AI: Transcript Inconsistencies) - New AI feature to run alongside a Realtime transcript, comparing transcript against documents and flagging any inconsistencies in what is being said. Currently rolled out in Beta phase. More information can be found here.
