Summary
Instructions are either billed based on quantity (per item) or the time taken to complete the overall task. All tasks, except for those highlighted in the quantity based table below, should be billed as 'out of office' if they have been completed between 6pm-8pm during the week or during weekend cover.
Any requests in relation to the shared bundle should be billed to all paying parties on the matter (who will be listed in the billing box) unless the instructional email says otherwise. Instructions outside of the shared bundle i.e. private tasks such as tags or hyperlink testing, should only be billed to the party that has made the request.
The rates for standard cases are outlined here but always check the rates pages for the matter on Case Control (CC) before quoting costs to clients as they may vary on more bespoke matters.
