Summary

For audit or security purposes, clients may occasionally ask us to provide a list of users with access to their Opus 2 Transfer channels on a matter. If they manage multiple channels for the same matter (for example one for the legal team and one for their disclosure team) we should provide separate lists for each, ensuring we do not provide user details for the other parties on the matter

Process

There is no button on Opus 2 Transfer to extract a list of users in a channel, so to provide a list we need to highlight the list of users on the relevant channel from the right-hand User pane, remove any Opus 2 Accounts (Usually the Solution Operations Team and the Channel creator) and then send the list to the client requesting the information.
