Do you understand both the instruction and covering email? Is the form fully populated and if not, have you queried with clients?
Check exported documents against the instructions to ensure everything is included - this also needs to be checked against the platform to ensure bundles are exported correctly and in full. Check the filename prefix is included to correctly order the documents - especially for i) custom bundle prints, to ensure the order in the instructions is reflected, i.e. Bundle/Tab order (check with clients if unsure) and ii) suffixed tabs, to ensure whole number comes before suffix. Check that no natives have been included.Are the subfolders exported in the correct order, so tabs flow sequneitally?HTML indices removed?If the requests is a mix of colour and black & white documents, or includes A3 documents, have they been split accordingly into different folders?
Check the correct spefications from cleint instructionns have been used in the generator settings, i.e. single / double sided, straight run / numbered dividers? Are the documents correctly ordered in the splits in line with instructoins - most relevant for custom bundle prints?
