Summary
When a new user is added to an Opus 2 Transfer channel they also need to be sent the below wording for guidance on how to use the site. This email can be sent in reply to the request for access to be granted to the channel and does not need to be sent as a separate email in a new chain.

Dear
Thank you for your email. The relevant users have been granted access to Opus 2 Transfer and should each shortly receive a separate registration email. Our full Transfer guide can be found here and for ease, I’ve outlined the key points below.
- Registration - Use the registration email to set up the account. If you already have access to a previous channel, you should be able to log in using your existing details.
- Upload - Once logged in, select the correct channel from the Channels pane on the left (if you previously had access, you may have multiple) and then click the Upload Files button, following the on-screen instructions to complete the upload.
- Zip Files - Documents should be collated and uploaded as zip files where possible.
- Upload Limits - Uploads that exceed 4GB will need to be split into multiple zip files and uploaded in parts. Please indicate the [part/total] in the title of the zip (i.e., Bundle C [Part 1 of 3]) to ensure all parts are accounted for during the download.
- Email Opus 2 - Once uploaded, send the instructional email to Opus 2 with all parties in copy (in line with the Upload Protocol), attaching the load file and confirming the time that the documents were uploaded (as we do not actively monitor the Opus 2 Transfer channels), as well as how we should process them. For example, ‘Please insert 10 documents into Bundle A which were uploaded to Transfer at 11:50’.
Please let us know should you have any queries.
Kind regards
