Summary
In order for clients to access the Opus 2 platform for their matter, they have to be added to the relevant workspace on the matter. Once their email address has been added, they will receive an automated registration email that will allow them to set up their account including their password, memorable word and security questions. Following this, they will also need to agree to our End User License Agreement and they will be unable to access their workspace until they have done so.
The aim of the session is to gain an understanding of how users are granted access to and suspended from the platform.
By the End
You should have been shown the following:
- The standard user templates and where they live
- How to add a single user to a workspace
