The majority of standard Litigations and Arbitrations (not Inquiries) have the following upload rates:

You can check what upload tier a party is in via the 'Rates' page on Case Control:
The rate on Case Control will not automatically update to the correct tier under the billing section of your task but this can be ignored as it will be rectified when the invoice is processed.
A tasks should only be billed as an Upload if documents have been uploaded to a new folder in the shared bundle. If they are being added to existing folders, they are Inserts and if they are uploaded to private folders, they are billed as Private Workspace Uploads/Inserts. Both of these task types are charged at the Content Management rate.
