Summary
If we are instructed to export specific documents/bundles i.e. not the entire hearing bundle, the task should be billed in line with the below rates, noting that out-of-office will be applicable depending on when the request has been actioned.
Exports of the entire hearing bundle will be charged at the offline export rates which will be in the workspace options email attached to each matter on Case Control. If it has not been sent out yet or is not attached on Case Control, speak to a SOL/SOM for the costs.
